What Are the Limitations of Manual Rotary Oil Pumps?
author:admin time:2026-07-20 18:19:19 click:55
Although manual rotary oil pumps have diverse application advantages, they still have obvious usage limitations.Firstly, they rely entirely on manual operation, requiring continuous human labor, which is not suitable for large-volume,long-time continuous liquid transfer work and will cause operator fatigue.Secondly, they are limited by structural power and cannot transfer high-viscosity thick oils, greases and colloidal liquids, with poor pumping effect on heavy lubricants.Thirdly, the pumping pressure and flow rate are lower than electric oil pumps, unable to meet high-pressure and high-efficiency industrial liquid transmission demands. In addition, manual rotary pumps cannot realize automatic operation and unattended work, and the output flow is affected by manual rotation stability. They are not applicable for corrosive, highly volatile and particle-containing impurity liquids, which will cause equipment damage and safety hazards.
