How to Use a Manual Rotary Oil Pump Correctly?

Standardized operation can ensure efficient pumping and prolong the service life of the manual rotary oil pump.Before use,check the pump body,seal ring,suction tube and hose for damage,blockage or aging,and confirm all connections are tight and leak-free.For idle pumps that have not been used for a long time,proper priming is recommended:pour a small amount of transfer liquid into the pump cavity to discharge internal air and form effective vacuum suction.During operation,hold the rotary handle and rotate it at a uniform and stable speed,avoid fast,slow or intermittent rotation to prevent unstable liquid output and air inhalation.Place the discharge outlet at a fixed container position to avoid liquid splashing.After use,stop rotating,take out the pump body,drain the residual liquid inside the pump and hose,clean the surface dirt,and store the equipment in a dry and ventilated environment.
